Zaid is 13 years old. He lived with his family in Tel Kasb in Sinjar until they were displaced by the black flag people. Zaid now lives in a tent in Shariya Camp. He wants to be a artist. All his paintings were painted during lessons given by Springs of Hope Foundation in our centre inside the camp.

All the paintings on our website are available for sale. Springs of Hope Foundation has established a trust fund for our budding artists. 50% of the sale go directly to the child, 50% is saved for their higher education, college or university. The best gift that we could give them, good start to life.
